We are very excited to host this reunion in Colorado Springs, Colorado! There is so much to see and do.

The Academy Hotel is centrally located and provides a number of amenities to make your stay a pleasant one. We are including a list from the hotel itself that will explain what is available. The price is $89 per room. Single is 1 king bed and double is 2 queen beds. This pricing is good June 15 thru June 24th. There is an airport shuttle service to and from the COLORADO SPRINGS AIRPORT(COS) for a nominal $5.00 fee each way. If you fly into the DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (DIA), you can also get a shuttle service for $45 for 1 person; $88 for 2 people $134 for 3 people and $168 for 4 people. DIA is an easy one hour drive from Colorado Springs. Sometimes the airfare is less expensive into Denver.

Victor Colorado - A few minutes from Cripple Creek you can experience a real old mining town that hasn’t changed much. You can visit the Molly Kathleen Mine that still runs today.www.victorcolorado.com

Buckskin Joe Frontier Town and Railway - Wild west action as you visit a town you have seen on several western movies. The best part is the train ride to view the Royal Gorge Bride. t is a little open train that takes you on a 30 minute round trip to view the Royal Gorge Bridge from the side. NOT SO CLOSE TO COLORADO SPRINGS

Glenwood Springs - Hot springs pool and a fabulous hike up to Hanging Lake make this one of my favorite things to do. Approx 5 hour drive. www.hotspringpool.com

Vail Mountain Ski Resort - Rent a bike and ride down Vail mountain for fabulous views. Bicycles available at the resort and you ride the gondola up to the top. Various trails for beginner to advanced riders. www.vail.snow.com
