Hello Everyone!

 I hope everyone is in good health and spirits during these uncertain times. I know this pandemic has been hard on us all, and I look forward to a time when we can resume life as we know it. I know we have all been through difficult times in the past, and have grown and come out stronger from our experiences. It is my hope for each of you that you have been able to band together with your friends and family and have been able to focus on the positives that this situation has brought into our lives. I know I’ve had more time with my family, as we have hunkered down and done our best to be safe. 

  It is with great pleasure that I share with you our 2020, 114^th Aviation Company Heritage Scholarship recipient, Mr. Nicholas H. Tanner. Nicholas is the grandchild of Major, Albert Apel of Enterprise, AL. Congratulations Mr. Tanner! This is an on-going scholarship program, and we will keep you informed when the next application becomes available.

  It is with deep regret that we share with you the loss of four of our 114^th members. These were all great men, and will be missed deeply by those who knew and loved them. Rest in peace: Dwight (Obie) Obenchain, George O’Grady, Bob Stallings, and Bob Weathersby.

  I continue to work on the 2021 reunion, and should have dates and a location by the publication of the next newsletter.  I will continue to make every effort to make this happen, keeping in mind the restraints of the current pandemic.
