Enterprise, Alabama is your beach stopover destination! Conveniently located 85 miles South of Montgomery, and 94 miles from Panama City Beach, on Highway 167, Enterprise is your connection to Highway 84 East and West, U.S. 27 North and South, and Highway 167 North and South, as well as the fastest way to the Florida beaches.

The City of Progress is recognized worldwide for our unique attractions. The Boll Weevil Monument, the only monument in the world dedicated to a pest, is located in our downtown square, reminding visitors of our agricultural past, and present. The Enterprise Visitor Center, Depot Museum, and Pea River Historical Society all teach visitors of the diverse history of the area. Make sure to stop by Sessions Peanuts, where they have been making peanut products since the early 1900s. Enterprise is only 7 miles west of Fort Rucker, the home of U.S. Army Aviation. The Army Aviation Museum at Fort Rucker houses over 160 military aircraft, the largest collection of Army Aviation aircraft in the country.

Enterprise is known for their connection to art. The Coffee County Arts Alliance brings national performing acts to the Enterprise area, as well as hosts the Piney Woods Arts Festival every March. The Downtown Enterprise Business Association brings events such as Summer Fest, in May, and the Boll Weevil Festival, in October. Enterprise is also home to the brand new, state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center, which seats 1,850 people, and showcases all types of performances.

Looking for sports in town? Enterprise is home to Tartan Pines Golf Club, a public 18-hole scenic golf course, and the Enterprise Country Club, an 18-hole challenging course. Silver Wings Golf Course, a 27-hole public course, is open to the public at nearby Fort Rucker. Enterprise has 30 parks, with everything from tennis courts and state-of-the-art baseball diamonds, to the Enterprise Recreation Complex, complete with a walking trail, lake, children’s playground, and splash pad.

Need a meeting space? Enterprise is your one-stop shop! The Enterprise Civic Center is a state-of-the-art meeting facility located on Highway 167 North. This facility can hold as little as 8 for a business meeting, all the way up to banquets for 800, and room for 1,500. Our 9 hotels and 2 bed and breakfasts offer accommodations that will satisfy everyone who attends your function.
