If an attendee wishes not to attend one of the events they should notify (Smokey Mountain Resorts) when making their reservation. Disabled/Handicapped rooms are available on a "limited basis". Make your Reservations Early to be assured of available accommodations.....

Room Drop: Any remaining rooms in the room block will automatically drop 30 Days Prior to arrival. Additional reservations made after this date will pull from availability depending on the date of stay. Rates may or may not remain the same as the quoted group rate.
